Skysports.com reports that Celtic have invited German defender Stephan Kling for a trial. The 27 year old is currently with Austrian side SC Rheindorf Altach.
One of Kling's agent, Sascha Empacher, has confirmed the full-back has been asked over to Glasgow for a short trial period.
"Yes, Stephan has been invited over to Celtic for a trial," Empacher told skysports.com.
"He is flying in to Scotland this week and he will train with them."
