Zoltan Gera was delighted with victory over Bolton Wanderers in his comeback game for West Bromwich Albion.

He is now hoping to build on his performance when Albion take on Tottenham on Saturday - the team he scored his first-ever Albion goal against.

"We played very well and totally deserved the win," Gera told the WBA website.

"The supporters' reaction meant a lot to me and I enjoyed the whole 90 minutes.

"We showed good character after the penalty and we came out in the second half and built on what we did in the first half.

"We totally deserved the win because in the second half we created lots of chances and controlled the game."
