Geovanni has said that he wants to extend his year-long stay with Manchester City, but accepts that he needs to consider other offers as well.
The Brazilian scored on his debut at Upton Park on the opening day of the season, then netted against Manchester United in August.
"It’s been a brilliant year and the fans have really taken me to their hearts," the 28-year-old said.
"Everywhere I go in Manchester they make me feel welcome and ask for pictures and autographs - they love me and I love them too.
"I would love to stay at the club, but as a professional footballer I have to consider all my options.
"Whether those options are in the UK, the Premier League or elsewhere we’ll have to see, but I hope to be able to sort out my future in the next couple of weeks."
