Geovanni insists his relationship with Hull City boss Phil Brown is as strong as ever.

Geovanni was quick to point out that his spat with Brown, when he was substituted in the 2-1 defeat to Blackburn, was now resolved, leaving him to concentrate solely on team affairs.

"That is the past now, everything is sorted out and everything is clear now. I'm very happy with Phil Brown because he's the one that brought me here," he explained.

"I was a little bit sad because at that time I just wanted to help the team and try to score, but it's okay because everything is sorted out now.

"I'm here to help the team and happy now because everything is back on track."
