Geoff Cameron is delighted to have signed a new deal with Stoke City.

The popular 31-year-old put pen to paper yesterday on a deal that will keep him at the bet365 Stadium until the summer of 2020.

And he later took to Twitter to say: "It is an honour for me to share the news that I have re-signed with Stoke City for a two-year extension. "It was always my dream to come to England to play in the Premier League, at the highest level in football and amongst some of the most talented players in the sport. To be able to continue to live this dream is a privilege."

He added: "The last five years playing for this great club and in front of some of the best fans in the league has been an experience unlike any other. Thank you to everyone for your ongoing love and support! Looking forward to the next few years ahead as a Potter."
