Ghent winger Yassine El Ghanassy has cooled talk of claiming he will join Manchester City in the summer.
El Ghanassy was quoted earlier this week declaring he expected to move to City for next season.
But after talks with Ghent chief Herman Louwagie, El Ghanassy insisted: "I never said that there was already an agreement with City.
"I will play for another four months for Ghent and I'll see where my future lies after that."
