Genoa have signed Cagliari striker Mauricio Pinilla.
The Chile international confirmed on Twitter he was a Genoa player yesterday.
Pinilla had also been linked with West Ham United this week.
"I am now a Genoa player," he posted on the social network," he tweeted.
