Genoa management are resigned to having to sell Diego Laxalt this summer.
The Uruguay international attracted enquiries from England in January and Genoa now expect to sell at the end of this season.
Genoa are seeking €12 million to sell Laxalt.
Chelsea and Arsenal are both keen on the 23 year-old.
Laxalt's agent Vincenzo D'Ippolito has revealed Chelsea boss Antonio Conte's interest and claims the Italian side would sell at the correct price.
"Genoa believe in him, but they are always open to selling their players for the right offer," D'Ippolito said. "Conte scouted Laxalt when he was in Italy and he's love him at Chelsea now."
