Genoa president Enrico Preziosi wants to introduce new wage laws to help clubs manage their squads.

"There are many players in a squad and clubs have too many salaries to pay," said Preziosi.

"We should create a compensation fee, payable by the club, which allows them to release a player if they decide he cannot be of use any longer."
