Genoa president Enrico Preziosi admits he'd welcome the chance to re-sign Diego Milito from Real Zaragoza.

He said: "I know Napoli are chasing Milito, he would be a great signing for them - would make a similar impact to (Ezequiel) Lavezzi.

"I regret losing him, but Genoa is lurking. Milito does interest us."
