Genoa are furious after their 3-3 draw with Fiorentina yesterday.
The Rossoblu were leading 3-0 despite seeing Giuseppe Biava sent off after 29 minutes, but Adrian Mutu made it 3-3 with literally the last kick of the game.
"It would be better if we weren't playing 10 against 12, as the referee was clearly on the other side," blasted President Enrico Preziosi.
"I did not like his attitude, such as letting some fouls go by and booking others. I hope [refereeing designator Pierluigi] Collina evaluates the situation carefully
"Last week we lost to Roma because they scored three wonderful goals. Today let's just say the referees were not relaxed.
"Perhaps someone wants to bring Genoa back down to earth. You can hardly call us fortunate."
Preziosi continued: "I am really irritated that the media is saying we 'attacked' the referee, when nobody aimed a kick or a punch.
"Do they teach you people what 'attack' actually means? I don't want to play the victim, but for some time now we are treated as if we're the thugs of Italy. The fans aren't accustomed to causing trouble either, but I'll go now and tell them to calm down."
