Genoa president Enrico Preziosi denies talks with Juventus over the sale of Mattia Destro.

Genoa hold Destro in co-ownership with Siena.

"There is an agreement made with our club - Roma asked for Destro when we had not even redeemed him from Siena and we reached an agreement with them," the Grifone owner told Sky Sport 24.

"Juve has not asked us anything, whilst Inter fell to one side. Again, I have a commitment to give him to Roma, there is no possibility to make a million more from this deal.

"We have an agreement that is good for both us and Siena."
