Genoa president Enrico Preziosi has announced the sale of Kevin-Prince Boateng to AC Milan.
The former Tottenham midfielder's loan agreement was turned into a permanent transfer yesterday.
"Two clubs like Genoa and Milan cannot argue," Preziosi told Datasport.it.
"We have a deal and Boateng will be a Milan player in entirety. Boateng was important for Milan, but we did not take advantage by raising the price-tag. The player cost the right amount.
"Not much money was transferred in this agreement and what there was went to Genoa. It is an agreement that overall made Milan happy and Genoa reassured."
