Genoa president Enrico Preziosi hopes to avoid selling anymore of their best players.
After allowing Thiago Motta and Diego Milito to join Inter Milan, Preziosi said: “Our intention is to keep [Raffaele] Palladino and [Domenico] Criscito. We will soon meet with Juventus and I am sure we’ll reach an agreement.
“I hope Rubinho will reconsider his decision to leave and renew his contract with us, but if not there are two top class goalkeepers available.
“We were interested in [Lorenzo] De Silvestri, but I think it’s difficult to get Lazio into a negotiation for him.”
