Genoa president Enrico Preziosi admits attacking midfielder Juraj Kucka could be sold.
Genoa are in negotiations with Inter over midfielder Kucka.
Preziosi said: "I spoke about him with the Nerazzurri, but for now he's staying with Genoa. Perhaps we could sort something out similar to the Andrea Ranocchia deal, so he'd be bought by Inter, but remain with us on loan.
"We are very interested in Goran Pandev, but it's not easy to convince him. He probably doesn't want to join a club that has different objectives."
