Genoa have snapped up Siena defender Alessandro Lucarelli.

Lucarelli was only at Siena for a matter of months, having joined at the end of last season from Reggina. But rows with management led to the defender being put back on the market.

Lucarelli has signed a four-year deal with Genoa, which will pay £1.5 million for his transfer.
