Genoa join battle for Real Madrid fullback Drenthe
Real Madrid fullback Royston Drenthe has no shortage of offers.
The Dutchman is being put up for sale by Real and has Aston Villa and Panathinaikos willing to meet his £4 million asking price.
However, Madrid sources say Genoa are just a step away from completing a deal for Drenthe. The agreement will be for a 12 month loan with the option to buy next June.
