Genoa sporting director Stefano Capozucca says a new deal for Rodrigo Palacio is up for discussion.

The striker has bee linked with Inter Milan.

Capozucca said: "It is not too far-fetched and to sign Palacio to Genoa 'for life' might be the solution, until the end of his playing days.

"It has already been spoken about and the conditions for the choice of the heart are all there."
