Genoa centre-back Chico is a target for new Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup.

The Sunday Mirror says Laudrup wants to be reunited with Genoa centre-back Chico and is close to agreeing a £3million fee.

Laudrup clearly rates the 25-year-old, as he has already signed him once before - taking him on a season-long loan at his last club, Spain's Real Mallorca.

Chico - full name Jose Manuel Flores Moreno - is a former Spain Under-21 international.
