Genoa defender Abdoulay Konko is on his way to Lazio as a replacement for Stephan Lichtsteiner.

Lichtsteiner is joining Juventus this week.

"Lichtsteiner will leave and Konko will arrive," new Genoa sports chief Stefano Capozucca said.

"The deal has already been done, it was agreed days ago. The two Presidents shook hands and have a verbal agreement.

"However, before anything can be finalised, Lazio will have to sell their player first."
