Genoa vice-president Giovambattista Pastorello has confirmed English interest in their star winger Abdoulay Konko.

Tottenham and Liverpool are among Premiership clubs to have been linked with Konko and Pastorello said: "Konko is a player that is being watched closely by Italian, English and Spanish clubs and that makes us happy."
