Genoa boss Davide Ballardini has revealed the problems he experienced while coach of tonight's opponents Lazio.

Ballardini was in charge during the time of Lazio's contract battles with Cristian Ledesma and Goran Pandev.

The Genoa coach was asked about his time in Rome and let slip: "I would ask you one thing. Do you really believe I would leave Pandev and Ledesma out as a tactical choice?

"I was an employee of Lazio and at the start of the season there were some precise agreements between me and the club. I think I respected them and that's all I have to say."
