Genoa coach Davide Ballardini was proud of victory over Inter Milan.
An Andrea Ranocchia own goal and Goran Pandev's effort earned the 2-0 win for Genoa.
"When it was time to play beautiful football, we did that, and caused Inter real problems. When it was time to soak up pressure, everyone helped, including the strikers," the Coach told Mediaset Premium.
“We were in control of the game in every moment, against a great team with talented players. We always held out comfortably.
“This is a team where everyone helps out, they all participate in the attacking and defending. They have the effort and the quality. There's still a long way to go and we must keep up this momentum to the end of the season.
“I think we can do even better in controlling the ball and attacking with more players, but always maintaining the right balance."
