Genoa sporting director Stefano Capozucca says a new contract for Rodrigo Palacio is on the agenda.

The Argentine has been linked with Inter Milan.

But Capozucca said: "It is not too farfetched and to sign Palacio to Genoa 'for life' might be the solution, until the end of his playing days.

"It has already been spoken about and the conditions for the choice of the heart are all there."
