RacingGenk winger Kevin de Bruyne has confirmed Chelsea have kept close contact with him this season.
De Bruyne's family were guests at Stamford Bridge during their Champions League clash in London this season.
"I didn't speak with anyone, but my family were in the box at Stamford Bridge and Marina (Granovskaia) visited them there, the right-hand person of (Roman) Abramovich. The woman who arranges things, not Abramovich himself.
"If the clubs can agree, then I'll have no problem. They can have my signature."
