Genk coach Been: De Bruyne now happier with Chelsea deal done

Racing Genk coach Mario Been feels Kevin de Bruyne is already benefiting from his move to Chelsea.

De Bruyne has returned to Genk on-loan and Been senses the pressure has lifted from the youngster's shoulders.

"I'm happy for him, he deserves the move," said Been. "You could see the last time Kevin played, the speculation was weighing on him. Let's hope we now see a more liberated Kevin.

"Quality-wise, I see no problem for him. He can certainly make it in England. He'll just need time. There's also factors outside of football."
