Arsenal chief Ivan Gazidis insists there was no celebrating at the Emirates over Chelsea's controversial transfer ban.

Gazidis maintains that Arsenal are not worried by the temporary lifting of Chelsea's FIFA transfer ban, enabling their London rivals to spend big in January.

"We never took heart from their transfer ban in the first place," he said.

"There is a long process for them to go through but I don't think anyone was relying on Chelsea being banned from transfer windows."
