Gattuso is suspended for the final round this weekend and Controcampo says the 30 year-old midfielder is on his way to Luca Toni's Bayern Munich.

Bayern have struck personal terms with Gattuso worth £4.5 million-a-year over four years and Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani is ready to sell if the Germans make an offer of around £15 million.

Those close to Gattuso say there's no changing his mind about a move to Munich in the summer.
