New Palermo coach Rino Gattuso cannot rule out selling Abel Hernandez.

The Uruguay striker is the club's most saleable asset and been linked with Sunderland.

"Hernandez is a great striker," Gattuso told fans during a question and answer session on Twitter.

"But if an offer came in we would have to consider it. But I hope next season he can play for us.

"Serie B is a very tough championship and teams will want to do their best against us."
