Genoa coach Gian Piero Gasperini is angry over UEFA's decision to block them from the Europa League.

Genoa haven't been handed a licence for next season.

"It would be an injustice if this team didn't get into Europe, as we had no ambitions to finish this high and did extraordinary things throughout the campaign," said Gasperini.

The Grifone are flying high in fifth place, but may well not be allowed into the Europa League because the club was denied a UEFA licence.
