Birmingham City midfielder Craig Gardner would swap his Carling Cup winner's medal for staying up.
The 24-year-old midfielder, who's already hit nine goals this season, returns after suspension to Blues' do-or-die trip to Tottenham.
He said: "If I get those goals and win a medal but we still end up in the Championship, it will be a failed season for me.
"I'm speaking on behalf of every single player at the club and every single member of the staff. We need to stay up. We have to stay up."
