Aston Villa midfielder Gary Gardner says the mood in the camp is "superb" after victory over QPR.
Gardner is currently returning from long-term knee injury.
"The mood at Bodymoor is superb," Gardner told the Birmingham Mail. "We've had back-to-back wins against Reading and QPR which has been brilliant and hopefully we can push on now.
"Everyone has a smile on their face in and around the place. It's all upbeat.
"It's all about confidence. We beat Reading and that helped us go into QPR on a high and it will be the same for our next game. The lads are buzzing.
"But we're not getting carried away. It's a really sensible group of lads.
"I've watched all the games and we've been playing well for a while. In some games we haven't got our rewards but we did in the last two. I think we're looking strong."
