Craig Gardner has hailed Aston Villa's new £13 million Bodymoor Heath training complex.

"It's an amazing facility. We train in the morning and then in the afternoon we get in the Jacuzzi and ice baths. We've also got a steam room and sauna - it's like being treated like royalty," he told Villa's website.

"Everything is top notch; in fact it wouldn't surprise me if a few people didn't get lost round here.

"The gym is regarded as one of the best in the country. It's just right. We work out and Jim Hendry (fitness trainer) comes round and checks our techniques and that we're doing things right."
