Crag Gardner believes West Brom should be shooting for a top ten finish.

Gardner has seen enough in pre-season to suggest the team can improve on that.

“Hopefully we can take the start we had last year into next season and work into the top 10," said Gardner. “That's what every team wants every season.

“We want to improve, we want to get a better squad with better players, we want a stronger mentality.

"Everything at the moment is in place to do that. It will be nice to go on a good cup run as well."
