Australia international winger Richie Garcia is prepared to bide his time at Hull City. "It is one of those things as a footballer that you don't like doing, sitting on the sidelines biding your time. But it is something most players have to do at times," he explained. "It has been frustrating but at the same time it has been positive as the team is doing so well. A lot of players have found it difficult but we have got through it as a team and everyone is in jovial spirits, which is helpful."
Although he's featured only ten times for Hull this season Garcia is not complaining.
"I am not one to necessarily bang on the manager's door. If I do my best in training and I am happy with my performances in training and in the games I do play, then it is out of my hands. It is what the manager wants to do and how he sees me as a player," he said. "It is an old cliche but it is a squad game. You want to play in as many games as you can, but you also want to be supportive of the players who are playing and the team that are out there."
