Atletico Madrid midfielder Luis Garcia admits he watched Liverpool's opening day victory over Aston Villa on Saturday.

Garcia kept a special eye on Fernando Torres and said: "I thought he did very well for his first game. I saw him being very cool and appeared well integrated in the team. The Liverpool players knew how to play to his strengths and he had two chances to score."
