AS Roma coach Rudi Garcia is pleased with the way his players are performing this season.
Garcia feels he's been able to transform Roma's style since his arrival.
"We will assess everything after 38 matches. I want to see a Roma that have broken records at the end of the season, we will work and strive to achieve that.
"I'm pleased that whenever we lose the ball we press to get it back quickly, we work as a team.
"It shows that the attackers understand that to attack you need to get the ball and to get it you need to win it back.
"It's better that we work as a unit rather than just having the defence defending."
