Everton is reportedly set to sign young left-back Luke Garbutt to a five-year-deal, before sending the 22-year-old to Bournemouth on loan for the 2015/16 season.
The England U21 left-back appeared to be set for a move away from Goodison Park after negotiations with the Toffees were believed to have stalled according to reports from The Guardian.
However, with just days remaining on his current contract, Garbutt penned a new long-term deal that will keep him at Everton until 2020.
Garbutt, who is currently playing for England at the European U21 Championship, will compete with Charlie Daniels for Bournemouth's starting left-back role during the club's inaugural season in the English Premier League.
