Gamba Osaka come from goal down to dispose of Oita Trinita

Gamba Osaka conceded a first-half goal but managed to take all three points against the lowly Oita Trinita on the weekend. The home side went ahead after 23 minutes thanks to Akihiro Ienaga but the lead only lasted 15 minutes as Gamba's Brazilian star Leandro hit back.

Last year's Asian champions then went ahead two minutes after half-time through South Korean striker Jae-Jin Cho.

A second Cho goal in the 63rd minute wrapped up the win for Gamba and inflicted Oita's sixth straight loss, leaving them at the foot of the J-League table.

Gamba jumped to fourth on the table with their fifth win from nine matches.
