AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani was delighted with their 3-0 victory over Napoli.
Galliani was beaming after the win, which put them five points clear at the top of the table.
"We won an important game, but Napoli are still in the chase. The only points we have over Napoli are those from our two head-to-head meetings.
"I don't think the Milan derby with Inter will be decisive. The next 11 games are all crucial and we've got to face them with the same attitude we took yesterday."
Galliani was spotted blowing kisses to the camera in the stands after Kevin-Prince Boateng came off the bench to score a goal.
"They were dedicated to Genoa President Enrico Preziosi, who allowed Milan to sign the Ghana international."
