The power of Adriano Galliani at AC Milan is being watered down.

Milan president Silvio Berlusconi came out last night to declare his full confidence in Galliani and the expectation that he'd continue in his vice-president's role.

However, La Stampa says behind the scenes, big changes are underway.

Berlusconi's daughter, Barbara, will be handed more responsibility, including overseeing both the commercial and personal management sectors.

Galliani, meanwhile, will be left to the football side of things. He will be expected to balance the playing budget and build the team.
