AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says they're confident they've solved Alexandre Pato's injury woes.

Pato is back in Milan's squad for their Champions League second-leg clash at Barcelona.

"I'm not a doctor, but according to [Milan medic] Jean Pierre Meersemann, who I really respect, in America they have found a definitive solution to his problems," said Galliani.

"Pato played in the first Barcelona game, we'll see how he does in training tonight and then the Coach will decide."
