AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has revealed he's held crisis talks with Leonardo's players.
"I expressed four fundamental concepts to the group. Above all I reminded them that this is a winning group of players. I calmed them all down by underlining that no one is going to touch this group and that these players and the current staff will go forward until the end of the season," Galliani revealed.
"Milan are a team that absolutely has to qualify for the Champions League and finish in the top three. It's obligatory for the costs of the club. In the end we have to do more and do better. I am sure that this group will manage to reach all of our objectives."
Asked if he had heard from Silvio Berlusconi, Galliani replied: "Yes, and he once again expressed his trust in the players and in Leonardo."
