Galliani insists no "war" with AC Milan coach Allegri

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has again insisted there's no rift with coach Massimiliano Allegri.

The Rossoneri have been at the centre of controversy recently when 'peace talks' over dinner were cancelled between the Vice-President and his tactician.

"There has never been a war with Allegri," assured Galliani to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"If there is someone who wanted Allegri at Milan and worked hard to bring him here, then that was me. He seemed perfectly relaxed.

"We are training well and now the internationals will return too. On Saturday we begin a run of seven games in 20 days, so there's a lot of work to be done."
