AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says he won't alter their offer for Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez.
The Italian champions made an offer to acquire Tevez on loan in January with an option to make the Argentina international's stay permanent next summer.
Tevez is also a reported target of Paris Saint-Germain but Galliani told Milannews.it: "Our offer is final. If they (PSG) make a better offer, we will not counter it."
