AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani denies rumours of the club selling a percentage of its shareholding.

Galliani dismissed speculation that, after Inter, Milan could also sell a share of the club to foreign investors.

"If it were true, I would know about it and there are no on-going negotiations with regards to selling the club.

"We have balanced the books and there is no need to sell the club."
