AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani admits the club is delighted with the impact of summer arrival Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Galliani revealed the extent he went to in order to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic this summer.
"We are doing very well domestically and in Europe, so qualification - albeit in second place - will give us three months to focus on Serie A," he said after the 2-0 victory away to Auxerre.
"I continue to think about the UEFA rankings, so I cheer on every Italian club in Europe. We want all of them to go through and I hope Inter can qualify tomorrow.
"When things were going badly, I made the most of my connections to get Ibra even when Barcelona's headquarters were closed and Sandro Rosell was on holiday in Ibiza!
"I thought we could fight for the Scudetto anyway, but Ibra and Robinho added to the mix really gives us another gear."
