AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani insists there's no need to panic after yesterday's disappointing 1-1 draw with Siena.
"There is little to talk about," said Galliani. "The draw was always on the cards and we'll take it.
"We had eleven players away on international duty. First the Italians came back on Thursday, then the Brazilians, then everyone else. It's always difficult to handle these type of situations in international week."
