William Gallas is set to be offered a new contract by Arsenal.

The Sunday Mirror says Gallas, signed from Chelsea in 2006, has two years left on his current deal.

Arsenal want to keep him for at least 12 months longer than that and a new contract which will be take Gallas, 30, into the £65,000-a-week bracket will be on the table before the end of the season.
