Tottenham skipper Willam Gallas insists they're not on the slide.
Andre Villas-Boas’ side have now lost four of their last five league games and are already six points adrift of a Champions League place.
But defender Gallas said: “The season is still long. We have to work hard and we know how hard it is to qualify for the Champions League.
“But we have to come back to training, work again and try to have the confidence.
“We lost 5-2 — it’s true the confidence can be low but we will be OK. West Ham will be one more difficult game but we have to carry on.
“We have a target, we have to keep working in training. Work, work, work and it will come.”
